Keith Moffat

I have lived and worked in Chester le Street for over 60 years. I became a Councillor as I wanted to help contribute to make our local area a better place and had seen some positive initiatives from Waldridge Parish Councillors.

Having retired, I accepted a director’s role with Chester le Street Cricket Club, where I now spend a lot of my spare time. My four young grandsons also take up a fair share of my free time!

Before I retired I ran my own office supplies business for 21 years and prior to that I worked for the Lloyds Banking Group for 21 years.
